Abhinav Jain

Abhinav Jain has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and industries. Abhinav most recently worked as the Vice President of Performance & Rewards at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), starting in August 2023. Prior to that, they were a Senior Manager of Performance & Rewards at Landmark Group from January 2023 to August 2023.

Before their roles in the banking and retail sectors, Abhinav worked at Aon as an Associate Director from January 2021 to October 2022 and as a Senior Consultant from April 2019 to December 2020.

In their early career, Abhinav gained experience at Maruti Suzuki India Limited, where they worked in various roles such as Manager from July 2015 to March 2019, Deputy Manager from August 2012 to July 2015, and Management Trainee in Human Resources from May 2012 to July 2012. Abhinav also had a summer internship at Maruti Suzuki as a Management Summer Intern from April 2011 to June 2011.

Abhinav began their career as a Brand Manager at Career Launcher India Ltd. from July 2008 to May 2010. Overall, they have a strong background in performance and rewards, consulting, and human resources across different industries.

Abhinav Jain holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Panjab University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Development from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, in the years 2010 to 2012. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Performance Management Expert from Aon in 2021 and as a Certified Rewards Professional from Aon in 2017.
