Amruta Lele has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles. Amruta started their career at Barclays Capital as a Financial Analyst in 2008. Amruta then moved to Barclays Wealth as a Capital Analyst in 2009 before joining Octopus Investments as a Finance Manager in 2012.

In 2013, Lele returned to Barclays as a Regulatory Reporting Manager and later took on the role of Finance Change Analyst - Regulatory Technical SME. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification (IASSC).
