Amruta Lele

Amruta Lele has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles. Amruta started their career at Barclays Capital as a Financial Analyst in 2008. Amruta then moved to Barclays Wealth as a Capital Analyst in 2009 before joining Octopus Investments as a Finance Manager in 2012.

In 2013, Lele returned to Barclays as a Regulatory Reporting Manager and later took on the role of Finance Change Analyst - Regulatory Technical SME. Amruta then joined Standard Chartered Bank in 2015 as a Finance Change Manager, where they focused on migrating production-related activities to the Finance Shared Service Centre.

Lele's next career move was to First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) in 2016. Here, they held multiple roles, including AVP, Transformation Lead, and VP, Business Process Management & Transformation Lead. In these roles, they were responsible for improving business processes, implementing process reengineering initiatives, and leading offshoring programs.

Overall, Amruta Lele has gained extensive experience in business process management, transformation, and change management in the banking and finance industry.

Amruta Lele completed their education with a degree in Chartered Management Accountant from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in 2012. Prior to that, they studied International Business at the University of Warwick from 2004 to 2008. Before their undergraduate studies, they attended Woodford County High School from 1997 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification (IASSC).
