Damian Gadzialski

Damian Gadzialski is an experienced professional in the fields of renewable energy systems, demand-side response, and energy efficiency. Currently serving as a Board Member at Bankilo PSA since April 2021 and as an Expert at the European Commission since 2015, Gadzialski has held various leadership roles including Advisor at Northvolt and Expansion Manager at GreenWay Infrastructure. As Managing Director of GreenWay Polska and Director of the RES & Energy Storage Department at EMU Sp. z o.o. Sp.k., Gadzialski has demonstrated strong management capabilities. Previously, Gadzialski was the CEO of Enspirion and a Product Manager at Grupa Energa, starting as a Junior Business Analyst at Prokom Software SA. Gadzialski holds multiple advanced degrees including a Master's degree in Business Intelligence and a Master's degree in International Affairs & Economics, in addition to an Engineer’s degree in Engineering/Industrial Management, complemented by participation in the Berkeley Executive Leadership Program at the University of California, Berkeley.
