Trina Cretella

Trina Cretella has diverse work experience spanning over twenty years. Trina started their career in the US Navy as a CTT1 (SW), serving as an Electronic Warfare Technician for eight years. After leaving the Navy, they worked at Parsons Brinckerhoff as an Administrative Assistant II, where they managed data for a major construction project and organized charity events. Trina then became the Owner and Operator of Pup Palace, a business where they established a network of business relationships and implemented innovative marketing strategies. Trina later joined Higher One, taking on roles such as ATM Servicing Coordinator, ATM Servicing Manager, Director of ATM Operations, and eventually Senior Director of ATM Operations. Trina'sresponsibilities in Higher One included managing a large fleet of ATMs and leading compliance projects. Trina's most recent experience is with BM Technologies, Inc., formerly known as BankMobile, where they have held the positions of Senior Director of Operational Effectiveness and Vice President of Operational Effectiveness.

Trina Cretella obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Saint Leo University between 2005 and 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Project Management at the University of Arkansas Grantham. In 2013, they attended the Aveta Business Institute and obtained a certificate in Six Sigma Black Belt.
