Ellen Fite

Ellen Fite has extensive experience in communications and user experience roles. Ellen currently serves as the VP Senior Product Administrator at Banner Bank. Prior to that, they worked as an IT Customer Experience and Communications Specialist at CorSource, where they collaborated with various teams to improve communication and usability. Ellen also served as the Internal Communications Manager at Umpqua Bank, implementing digital platforms and training content managers. Earlier in their career, they worked at Sterling Savings Bank in various communication roles, including Communications Manager. Throughout their career, Ellen has successfully engaged and informed employees through major business shifts and mergers.

Ellen Fite has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from the University of Northern Colorado.
