Karen Martinez Alanis has extensive experience in marketing and customer experience management, currently holding the position of Gerente Análisis Experiencia al Cliente at Banregio since January 2016. In this role, Karen leads digital communication campaigns to attract new clients, develops strategic plans with sales teams to achieve sales objectives, and creates reports for implemented campaigns, in addition to launching new products. Previously, as Brand Manager and Coordinator of Marketing at Banregio, responsibilities included the promotion and supervision of traditional and digital media campaigns and budget preparation. Earlier experience includes a marketing internship at Mary Kay Cosmetics de Mexico, where Karen created digital content and supported event logistics, and a business development internship at Auros, focused on attracting prospects for ERP implementation. Karen holds a licenciatura in Mercadotecnia from Universidad Regiomontana S.C. and completed preparatoria at Universidad de Monterrey.
