Jordana Reid

Jordana Reid, M.A. has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles related to employee development, compliance, training, and talent management. Jordana is currently employed at Banyan Health Systems as the Director of Employee Development and Compliance, and prior to that, they served as a Training and Development Partner. Before joining Banyan Health Systems, they worked at MedPro Healthcare Staffing as the Manager of MedPro University, focusing on clinical education. Additionally, they also worked as the Director of Talent Management and Clinical Programming (Part-Time) at VENTRE MEDICAL. Previously, they held the position of Director of Learning and Development at Chrysalis Health, formerly serving as the Director of Corporate Training and Clinical Development. Jordana began their career as an Outpatient Therapist at Chrysalis Health.

Jordana Reid, M.A., has a strong educational background in psychology. Jordana obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from the University of Florida, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Jordana then went on to pursue their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Clinical Psychology from Emory University, completing their studies from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Jordana has also gained diverse certifications, including being a Certified NAPPI (Non-Abusive Psychological and Physical Intervention) Instructor through NAPPI International, a Daily Living Activities Assessment (DLA-20) Certified Trainer through MTM_Services, and an inactive Licensed Real Estate Agent through the FL Department of Business and Professional Regulations.
