Silvia Bettoschi

Silvia Bettoschi is an accomplished professional in human resources with extensive experience spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as Director, Human Resources at WCG since November 2019, Silvia has held various senior roles in human capital management, including Director OUS and APAC Business Partner. Prior to WCG, Silvia worked at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) from April 2009 to October 2019, where positions included HR Strategy Manager and Training & Development Manager. Earlier in the career, Silvia held roles in organization and recruitment at Alliance Healthcare from April 2004 to March 2009. Silvia holds an MBA from Shizenkan University, a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organization from ISTUD Business School, and a Master’s degree from Università degli Studi di Perugia.
