Virginia McArthur has over 25 years of experience in the video game industry. Virginia is currently working as the EVP Executive "VA" Producer at Baobab Studios. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of 1st party development at ForeVR Games, where they led the production of immersive VR games. Virginia has also worked as an Executive Producer at Dynamicland/YCR and Zynga, where they played a key role in launching and managing social games for platforms like Facebook and Zynga.com. Virginia has a strong background in production and advisory roles, having worked with companies like Endless, Seeds, and Arizona State University. Virginia's work experience showcases their expertise in game development, partnerships, and creating unique social experiences.

Virginia McArthur earned a BFA in Scientific Illustration and Photography from The University of Georgia, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Subsequently, they pursued postgraduate studies at the University of Illinois Chicago, where they obtained a MAMS and MFA in Medical Illustration/Medical Illustrator from 1992 to 1995.
