Mohit Bansal has extensive experience in the quality assurance and food safety industry. Mohit is currently the Managing Partner at Prime Investment LLC, where they hold a leadership position. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Food Safety and Quality at Bar Bakers. Mohit also worked as a Real Estate Investor in residential and commercial properties while being self-employed.

In their previous roles, Mohit Bansal served as the Vice President of Food Safety and Quality at LATITUDE 36 FOODS, LLC, where they held two positions - Director and Vice President. Before that, they worked as a Quality Systems Manager at Taylor Farms and as a Quality and Food Safety Manager at Harmless Harvest.

Mohit Bansal has also worked at Earthbound Farm as a Senior Food Scientist, specializing in Quality, Food Safety, and Organic Integrity. Their earlier career included roles at Northern Gold Foods as a Quality Assurance professional and at Nestlé as a Quality Assurance Analyst. Mohit initially started their career as a Quality Assurance Intern at Nestlé.

Mohit Bansal has a diverse education history in the field of Food Science and Technology. Mohit obtained their Master's degree in Food Science from The University of British Columbia in 2010-2011 after completing a previous Master's degree in Processing and Food Engineering from Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana in 2005-2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Punjab Technical University in 2001-2004.

In addition to their formal education, Mohit Bansal has also acquired several certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. Mohit obtained the "Intentional Adulteration and Vulnerability Assessment" certification from SCS Global Services in February 2020. In June 2016, they earned the "Seafood HACCP" certification. Mohit also received the "Internal Auditor Training" certification from SCS Global Services in May 2016. Additionally, they obtained the "Preventive Control Qualified Individual (PCQI) certification" from the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) in March 2016.

Other certifications earned by Mohit include the "Food Law course" certification from Keller and Heckman LLP in October 2015. In the same month, they obtained the "Implementing SQF Systems" certification from the SQF Institute and the "Global G.A.P." certification from SCS Global Services. Moreover, they attended the "Advances in Commercialization of Nonthermal Processing" workshop organized by the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) in July 2013. Mohit also participated in the "Emerging Postharvest Technologies Workshop" at the University of California, Davis in March 2013.

Furthermore, Mohit Bansal obtained the "Certified Food Scientist (CFS)" certification from the Institute of Food Technologists in 2013. Additionally, they completed the "Postharvest Technology shortcourse" at the University of California, Davis in June 2011. Lastly, in October 2008, they obtained the "Prerequisites for HACCP and Implementing a HACCP plan certification" from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
