Nikolai Castoro is an experienced entrepreneur and hospitality professional with a strong background in event management and bar operations. As the owner of Coa de Jima since September 2021 and Barbacoa since April 2016, Nikolai has successfully managed both venues, demonstrating expertise in business operations and customer service. Previous experience includes owning Private Bar Productions, a catering company focused on private events, and serving as an event bartender at Nolet Spirits U.S.A. and a supervisor at Montage Hotels & Resorts. Nikolai has also held the position of head bartender at the St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort and Spa, along with bartending experience at Barbacoa from 2006 to 2013. Educationally, Nikolai holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from North Idaho College.
