Barbara Gutman

Barbara Gutman has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. In 2021, they joined BARBRI Global as the Director of Legal Education. Prior to that, they worked as a Summer Associate at Venable - NYLS Summer Program in 2020. In the same year, they also served as a Mediator at NYLS Mediation Clinic. In 2019, Barbara was a Legal Instructor at The Charter High School for Law and Social Justice and a Legal Intern at NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene - Office of General Counsel. In 2018, they worked as a Sociological Consultant at Organix Green Industries. In 2017, they interned at Gutman & Gutman LLP. Barbara has also gained experience in non-legal roles, including being a Lifeguard & Swim Coach Instructor at Twin Oaks Day Camp from 2015 to 2017, and a Waterfront Lifeguard at the Town of Hempstead from 2013 to 2015. Barbara also worked as an Admissions Intern at Hobart and William Smith Colleges Admissions from 2014 to 2015.

After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education and enrolled at New York Law School in 2018. Barbara recently completed their studies in 2021, earning a Doctor of Law degree (JD). Alongside their academic pursuits, Barbara also obtained additional certifications. In 2013, they obtained the American Red Cross Lifeguard Certificate (Additional Specialties) and CPR/AED/First Aid certification from the American Red Cross.
