María José Cárdenas

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in health, education, and entrepreneurship. Since August 2020, Mariana has served as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Concurrently, since January 2016, Mariana works as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. Previous roles include owning and managing Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practicing as a nutritionist in a private consultation from February 2016 to 2019, and serving as a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food.
