Deepen Shah has a strong background in research, data analysis, and market insights. Deepen started their career at Wipro BPO as a Technical Facilitator from 2003 to 2004. Deepen then joined Vodafone Idea Limited as a Manager for Consumer & Business Insights from 2007 to 2015, where they conducted various market research studies and provided continuous support for customer needs. Currently, Deepen is working at BARC India as a Senior Vice President for Research & Methodology since 2015. In this role, they lead a team of python developers and statisticians and utilizes applied statistics for data modeling and analytics. Deepen also focuses on creating strategic models for market analysis and size estimation.
Deepen Shah completed their education at various institutions. In 2017-2018, they attended SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, where they earned a PGPMEM degree in Strategy and Planning with a focus on Media & Entertainment. From 2005 to 2007, they studied at Mumbai Educational Trust, MET League of Colleges, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing. During the same period, they also completed a PGeMBA program at the same institution. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2003, Deepen Shah attended Ritumbhara and earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Bcom) degree. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, such as "Building High-Performance Teams" and "Data Analytics for Students," from institutions like LinkedIn. Furthermore, Deepen Shah holds a certification in NCC Navy from the Government of Maharashtra (GoM).
