Mari Martinez

Mari Martinez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in psychology, coaching, and human resources. Currently serving as Co-creator and Psychologist-Coach at KALIDOSCOPIA since March 2020, and as a collaborator professor in Management Skills at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya since April 2021, Mari has also been the Director of Development and Coaching at HumanLab since 2013. This dynamic consultancy focuses on human potential development through tailored proposals. Additional roles include Soft Skills Trainer and Career Coach at UNIR - La Universidad en Internet, and Career Coach at Barcelona Activa since 2018. Mari's previous positions include Human Capital Manager at OMPLUS, HR Manager at Colegio de Arquitectos de Cataluña, and Senior HR Consultant at ENTER SYSTEMS and Universal Class Solutions. Educational qualifications include a degree in Psychology from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, a Master’s in Human Resources Management from EADA Business School, and training in Ontological Coaching from Newfield Chile.
