Teodora Shamandoura

Teodora Shamandoura is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of New and Amended Product Approvals (NAPA) at Barclays, where responsibilities include leading complex proposals for the Private Bank and Wealth Management sectors, as well as managing stakeholders across multiple functional areas. Previously, Teodora held the position of Deputy Group Head of Capital Risk at Barclays, overseeing capital risk management for the group and significant subsidiaries.
