Pratiksha Panesar

Pratiksha Panesar currently serves as the Head of Product Security at Discover Financial Services since October 2022. Prior to this role, Pratiksha was the Director of Cybersecurity and Divisional CISO for Enterprise Data & Privacy Tech at Capital One from March 2021 to October 2022. Previous experience includes serving as SVP of Cyber Risk Management at Citi, Head of Application Security and Vulnerability Management at Freddie Mac, and IT Governance and Security Lead at the World Bank Group. With a strong background in IT and information security, Pratiksha held senior roles at the National Science Foundation, International Monetary Fund, and Lehman Brothers. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Mumbai University, a certificate in International Cyber Conflicts from The State University of New York, and a certificate in Financial Markets from Yale University.
