Jay McHugh

Jay McHugh has an extensive work experience in the specialty chemicals industry. Jay started their career at CNX Distribution in 2006, where they served as President and Managing Partner for over 12 years. Jay then joined Maroon Group in 2019 as President of the Southwest Region, responsible for supplying specialty additives, resins, pigments, and packaging to various industries. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President in the Southwest Region at Barentz, a leading global ingredients and specialty chemicals distributor.

Jay McHugh obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 1979 to 1985. Jay also pursued Marketing courses at Youngstown State University from 1981 to 1983. In addition to their academic qualifications, Jay McHugh obtained a certification in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in June 2020.
