Claire N. White, MA, SPHR has a diverse work experience in human resources spanning over several organizations. Most recently, they joined Barings in 2021 as the Senior Director, HR Strategy & Governance. In this role, they delivered performance management, succession planning, talent acquisition, and career development solutions to the organization. Claire also led the M&A integration for Talent Management and supported the Finance department as a lead HR business partner.
Claire started their career as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2007 to 2009.
Claire N. White, MA, SPHR completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2003 to 2007. Claire then pursued their Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2007 to 2009. In 2020, they obtained the certification of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
