Mps Samer Naoum

Samer Naoum, MPS, MS, currently serves as General Manager at Barkan Management Co., Inc. since October 2022 and has held the role of Political Liaison Officer at the Lebanese Information Center (LIC) since March 2018. Additionally, Samer Naoum is the President & CEO of InterCedars, a position maintained since February 2019. Previous roles include General Manager at Associa from September 2019 to October 2022 and at FirstService Residential Washington DC Metro from August 2016 to January 2019. Samer Naoum has experience as Pre-Opening General Manager at both the AUN Hotel/Club (2012-2013) and The Avenue Suites (2009-2012). A background in strategic campaign management was acquired while working for the Lebanon Parliamentary Elections from 2005 to 2009. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Global Security Studies from The Johns Hopkins University, a Master of Professional Studies in Political Management from The George Washington University, and a Master of Science in Political Science and Government from Liberty University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Economics from Notre Dame University - Louaize.
