Kirk Kimball

Kirk Kimball has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in the field of human resources. Kirk currently holds the position of Head of People at Barkbus since February 2022. In addition, they serve as an Advisory Board member at Aidora since November 2023.

Prior to their current positions, Kirk worked as the VP of People at SLANG Worldwide from June 2019 to January 2022. Kirk was also an Advisor at OutSail from 2019 to 2020. Before that, they held the role of Senior HR Manager at Conagra Brands from July 2018 to August 2019.

Kirk's earlier experiences include working at Danone as a Senior HR Manager from June 2017 to July 2018, and as an HR Manager from September 2016 to June 2017. Kirk also worked at Nestlé as an HR Manager from March 2015 to August 2016, and as an HR Generalist from September 2013 to February 2015.

Furthermore, Kirk has served in various positions at RTX, including HR Generalist from November 2012 to September 2013, ER Specialist from February 2012 to November 2012, and HR Generalist from June 2011 to February 2012. Kirk started their career as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Novelis in May 2010.

Kirk Kimball obtained a BA in Human Resource Management from Michigan State University from 2005 to 2009. Kirk then pursued further education at Michigan State University School of Human Resources and Labor Relations, where they obtained an MS in Human Resources and Labor Relations from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, Kirk has obtained certifications in HR Analytics from eCornell and 360° Feedback from Korn Ferry.
