Florin Tatulea

Florin Tatulea is currently the Director of Sales at Barley, where he helps People/HR teams make smarter compensation decisions to stay competitive. He is also the Founder of Sales Flo, where he builds meaningful pipelines for GTM brands through content creation and Sales Workshops. Additionally, he is a Course Author at pclub.io, a GTM Partner at Common Room, and a GTMramp Member (Investor) at GTMfund. Previously, he was the Director of Sales Development at Plato, where he built the BDR/SDR function from scratch. With a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto, Florin has a wealth of experience in sales and business development across various industries and companies.
