Courtney Kollar

Courtney Kollar is a Human Resources Project Specialist at Barnes, where responsibilities include leading analytics on employee retention and supporting global HRIS audits. Previously, as a Graduate Intern for Student Events & Programming at the University of New Haven, Courtney managed event planning and strategic marketing to enhance student engagement. Additional experience includes roles in retail sales, facility assistance, and internships in human resources and wholesale operations. Courtney earned a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Elon University.
