Audrius Kopka

Audrius Kopka is an experienced communications and marketing professional currently serving as a Communications and Marketing Officer at Barnsley Council since September 2023. Previously, Audrius held the position of Social Content Coordinator at Sheffield City Council from March to September 2023 and returned to Barnsley Council as Communications and Marketing Officer from January 2020 to March 2023, after working as a Digital Marketing Assistant. Earlier roles include Bar Team Leader at J D Wetherspoon and various positions during Sheffield Doc/Fest, including Festival Assistant and Head Volunteer. Audrius also gained experience as a Food & Beverage Intern at Hilton Hotels & Resorts and worked as a Bar Team Leader and Bartender at J D Wetherspoon. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Digital Media Management and a Bachelor’s degree in International Hotel and Resort Management, both from Sheffield Hallam University.
