Zach Allen

Zach Allen has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Zach is currently working as the Director of Global Business Development and Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition at Barrington James since June 2021. Previously, they held the position of Practice Manager of Executive Search at Adecco from July 2020 to June 2021. From November 2018 to July 2020, Zach worked as the Manager of Global Talent Acquisition at insightsoftware, where they oversaw talent acquisition and HR functions. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Manager of Business Development & Recruiting at Vaco from March 2018 to November 2018, and as a Business Development & Recruiting Manager at Robert Half from November 2015 to March 2018. Zach's earlier experiences include a role as a Supervisor of Operations at Costco Wholesale from 2011 to 2015, and as a Commissioned Sales Associate at Sears, Roebuck and Co. from 2009 to 2011.

Zach Allen obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business from Carroll College between 2011 and 2014. Prior to this, they attended University High School, where they received a High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates.
