General Manager

Barrington Stage Company in Pittsfield, MA seeks a General Manager with ample experience serving as a GM of non-profit theaters and/or commercial Broadway or Off-Broadway shows. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the theater's productions and production related activities including budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and execution, with particular emphasis on maintaining the Theater's production capabilities at the highest possible level in a cost effective manner.

Compensation is commensurate with experience within the norms of non-profit regional theater standards. The compensation package includes excellent medical insurance, life insurance, options for dental/403(b) retirement plan, and a paid time off program.
