Alexia Bia

Alexia Bia currently serves as the Human Resources Director for Africa at Barry Callebaut Group, where responsibilities include supporting organizational strategy and implementing global HR governance. Previously, Alexia held various roles at Endeavour Mining, including Group Talent Development Manager and Human Resources Manager for Exploration. Additional experience includes serving as Managing Director for AFRICAB and HR, Administration & Finance Manager for BIA Africa, where significant advancements were made in responsibility and scope. Alexia has also owned and managed Art'Ex Pte Ltd and worked as Marketing Manager at Shahinaz Collection & Villa Balquisse, as well as Stock & Expedition Manager at Animale. Academic credentials include participation in the Women Leadership Program at HEC Paris and an Executive MBA from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, along with a Licentiate degree in Political Science from Université libre de Bruxelles.
