Kristina Sciolla

Kristina Sciolla began their work experience in 2005 as the Owner/Photographer/Video Editor of Kristina Sciolla Photography. Kristina then transitioned into roles as a Writer/Producer at WPEC-TV CBS12 News and WBZ | CBS Boston. In 2012, they joined Workbridge Associates as a Senior Technical Recruiter and later became a Senior Recruiter at Argyle Search Partners. From 2014 to 2016, they served as the Talent Acquisition Lead at VISANOW Global Immigration and then as the Manager of Global Talent Acquisition at Trustwave from 2016 to 2018. Following that, they worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at The Carney Group. Currently, they are the Global Director of Talent Acquisition at Barry Callebaut Group, a company committed to sustainable chocolate and improving farmer livelihoods.

Kristina Sciolla completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Film and Television Production with a minor in English at Palm Beach Atlantic University from 2001 to 2005. In addition, they obtained a certification as a LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter from LinkedIn Certification in June 2014.
