Laura Roth has extensive work experience in various roles within the Barry Callebaut Group. Laura started their career at the company in 2008 as a Pricing Analyst and later became a Pricing Team Lead for both the Gourmet and Corporate divisions. Laura then served as a Business Relationship Manager before transitioning to the role of Sustainability Manager for the Americas region, where they focused on driving sustainable supply chain initiatives. Most recently, Laura served as a Sales Manager for Corporate Accounts and is currently working as the Pricing & Commercial Finance Director. Prior to joining Barry Callebaut, Laura participated in the Financial Management Program at General Electric Company, where they gained experience in supply chain, commercial operations, financial planning and analysis, and integration project management.
Laura Roth earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Strategy and Social Enterprise from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management between the years 2013 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree with a specialization in Finance and Transportation & Logistics from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, during the years 2002 to 2006. In addition, they hold a certification in Learning Power BI Desktop from Linked In, obtained in 2023.
