Meghna Shukla

Meghna Shukla has extensive work experience in various HR leadership roles. Meghna is currently the Vice President HR, APAC at Barry Callebaut Group. Prior to that, they worked at Schneider Electric as the Global VP Talent, Global Supply Chain. Meghna also served as an Advisor (Pro bono) at the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP). In addition, they have held several positions at Fonterra, including Global Capability Lead, General Manager Talent & OD, and General Manager Talent Development. Before that, they worked at Syngenta as the Head Talent Acquisition & Management, APAC and Regional HR BP- Corporate Functions. Meghna also served as the Head of HR, SE Asia at Baxter International Inc., Head of HR, Australia & New Zealand at CH2M, and Country HR Head, Australia & New Zealand at GE. Earlier in their career, they were an HR Manager at Knowledge Dynamics and worked at Standard Chartered Bank in the Bankcards- Services department.
