Sarah Mann

Sarah Mann has a strong background in food science and product development, currently serving as an R&D Manager and Product Expert at Barry Callebaut Group since July 2016, where responsibilities include developing prototypes under tight timelines and providing technical support for product innovation and quality improvement. Previously, Sarah held roles at Michael Foods as a Senior Food Technologist, overseeing product formulation for national accounts, and at Just Born, Inc. as a Quality Intern, managing critical control point evaluations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from Penn State University, where early research experience involved evaluating fermentation processes in wine and beer production.
