Jill Barden

Jill Barden is currently the Vice President, Corporate Controller at BHI Energy since October 2011. Prior to that, Jill held positions such as VP-Finance at First Marblehead from June 2009 to May 2011, and VP-Finance at State Street from June 1998 to December 2008. Jill's extensive experience includes responsibilities in corporate accounting, financial reporting, analysis, SEC and regulatory reporting, M&A, and accounting policy. Jill holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Connecticut.
