Gloria Fullah

Gloria Fullah has a diverse work experience in quality assurance and product quality roles. Gloria started their career in 2012 as a Laboratory Technician at Exova Group Limited, where they conducted daily sample testing in compliance with cGMP and GLP requirements. Gloria then became a Senior Laboratory Technician, responsible for booking, labeling, and testing samples, as well as analyzing and logging results. In 2014, Gloria joined ALS Pharmaceuticals as a Team Lead, overseeing daily lab duties and ensuring proper operation of laboratory equipment.

In 2015, Gloria transitioned to Element Six, where they worked as a Quality Assurance Technician. Gloria'sresponsibilities included executing projects to GMP standards, managing non-conformities, and conducting root cause investigations. Gloria also served as a Chemical Process Operator, conducting various chemical processes according to documented procedures.

In 2018, Gloria joined Oxford Flow as a Product Quality Engineer, managing the ISO9001:2015 system and expanding the QMS to incorporate API Q1. Gloria also led industry certification application processes and maintained communication with certification and regulatory bodies. Later that year, they joined Solidsoft Reply as a Quality Consultant and Product Quality Lead, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements and overseeing the planning and delivery of validation records.

Gloria's most recent role is as a Quality Assurance Specialist at uMotif, where they act as a Quality contact for computer system validation (CSV) and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and industry guidance. Gloria reviews and approves changes to computerized systems, supports software validation, and ensures the qualification of IT infrastructure.

Currently, Gloria Fullah works as a Senior Consultant at BASE life science.

Gloria Fullah completed their BSc in Physiology and Pharmacology from The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2008 to 2012. Prior to this, they obtained their A-Levels in Sciences from Westminster Kingsway College, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Gloria's earliest education is represented by their GCSEs, which they obtained from Aylwin Girls' School (Southwark) in 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Gloria Fullah has also obtained several certifications. In 2020, they obtained certifications in GAMP 5 from Industrial Technology Systems Ltd (ITS Ltd) and ISMS ISO 27001:2013 Internal Auditor from Batalas Auditor Training Ltd. In 2017, they obtained the ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification from BSI. Looking ahead, they plan to obtain the SAFe 4 Practitioner Certification in February 2023 from Agile to Scale. Furthermore, Gloria Fullah has achieved the Vault Platform Associate White Belt certification from Veeva Training Services in April 2022 and the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in 2021.
