Tania Møller Elmgreen

Tania Møller Elmgreen has over 20 years of work experience, with their most recent position being at BASE life science as the HR Director and Head of People & Culture since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at A.P. Moller - Maersk for 7 years, where they held various roles including Head of Technology Learning & Development, Head of PMO Practice Facilitation, and Workforce Planning Manager/Head of Workforce Planning & Development. Tania Møller also worked at Danske Bank Group as a Senior Strategic Workforce Planning Specialist and People Performance Management Specialist. Tania's earlier experience includes working as an HR Consultant at Probana Management, an HR Assistant at L'Oréal Denmark, and as a Bartender & Floor Lead at Det Ny Teater. Throughout their career, they have developed strategies, implemented new models, managed budgets, and built partnerships to support learning and development, workforce planning, and overall HR operations.

Tania Møller Elmgreen's education history begins in the year 2000 when they enrolled at Copenhagen Business School to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration & Philosophy. Tania Møller completed their undergraduate studies in 2003. Following this, in 2003-2004, they attended the University of Westminster, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Business Psychology. Subsequently, from 2004 to 2006, they returned to Copenhagen Business School and completed a Master of Science in Strategy, Organisation, and Leadership.
