Ryan Wantland has a diverse work experience in various creative roles. Ryan started their career in 2003 as a Production Artist / Graphic Designer at Nike, where they worked until 2006. From 2006 to 2010, they served as the Creative Services Manager at Portland Beavers and Timbers. After that, they worked as the Creative Director at Portland Timbers from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, Ryan joined Downstream as a Senior Designer for sports projects, a role they held until 2016. Since 2017, they have been working at Baseballism, initially as the Creative Director and currently as the Chief Brand Officer.

Ryan Wantland attended Oregon State University from 1999 to 2003. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design.
