Mingzhen Fan

Mingzhen Fan is a Research Scientist Biology currently working at Basilea Pharmaceutica. Prior to this, Mingzhen worked as a Microbiology researcher and Postdoc at the University of Zurich, and as a Doctoral researcher in the Food Microbiology Lab at ETH Zürich. Mingzhen has experience in studying various pathogenic bacteria and their interaction with other organisms. Mingzhen has also interned at Nestlé Research Center and Sealed Air Diversey Care, gaining experience in molecular and microbiological research. Mingzhen holds a Doctor of Science in Microbiology from ETH Zürich and a Master's Degree in Applied Food Safety-Food Microbiology from Wageningen University & Research.
