Vivek Bhave

Vivek Bhave is an experienced educator currently working as a Teacher at BASIS Independent Schools since August 2023. Prior to this, Vivek taught at Eaglebrook School from August 2021 to June 2023, specializing in subjects such as Algebra I, Geometry, Functions, Statistics, Precalculus, and Speech & Debate, and also organized extracurricular activities. Experience includes working as an Instructor at Elite Prep, where Vivek taught Integrated Math I Honors and tutored various Advanced Placement subjects, and served as a summer school teacher for AP courses. Vivek contributed as a Writer for the National Academic Quiz Tournaments, developing questions across multiple academic disciplines, and held the role of Research Assistant at The London School of Economics, focusing on the biographical history of Renaissance figures. Furthermore, Vivek worked as a GRE and AP Economics Tutor at Varsity Tutors and interned at the UC San Diego School of Global Policy and Strategy, where responsibilities included preparing biographies and organizing events. Vivek holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and History from the University of California, Berkeley, alongside studies at LSE and UC San Diego.
