Kaitlin Urban

Kaitlin Urban has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kaitlin most recently held the role of Vice President, Client Analytics at Basis Technologies, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they were the Director of Client Analytics at the same company from November 2021 to September 2022.

Before joining Basis Technologies, Kaitlin worked at CommCreative as the Director of Data and Analytics from September 2020 to November 2021. In this role, they were responsible for various tasks such as analytics and reporting setup, testing and optimization strategies, database management, and overseeing the Data & Analytics team.

From 2019 to 2020, Kaitlin served as the Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics at SmartBear. Here, they were responsible for reporting and data needs from the marketing team, analyzing large datasets, and optimizing marketing channels and metrics.

Prior to SmartBear, Kaitlin worked at Digitas North America as a Manager of Data & Analysis from May 2018 to November 2019. Kaitlin also held the role of Senior Analyst of Strategy & Analysis at DigitasLBi from April 2016 to May 2018.

Kaitlin began their career as a Media Manager at Brand Networks from November 2014 to April 2016. Kaitlin also gained experience as a Media Research Analyst at The Hubbell Group, Inc. from June 2012 to October 2014.

Kaitlin's early work experience includes internships at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and Elevate Communications in the field of publicity.

In January 2012, they served as a Campus Manager at Youth Marketing Connection.

Kaitlin Urban has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication from Boston University. Kaitlin has also obtained several certifications in various marketing and advertising fields from LinkedIn and HubSpot Academy in 2021.
