Neha Jain has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Neha currently serves as the General Manager (Head) of Talent Management, L&D, and Internal Communications at Bata India Limited. Previously, they worked as a Talent Business Partner at Cialfo. Neha also gained HR experience at companies like Bira 91, Lava International Limited, AskmeBazaar, Quadrangle Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd., and T.I.M.E. Throughout their career, they have held positions such as Associate Director - HR, General Manager - Talent Management, Business Partner - Learning & Development, Manager - OD & Learning, Senior Manager - Organization Development, and Consultant.

Neha Jain completed their Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management (PGDPM) in Human Resource from Xavier Institute of Social Service from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in Psychology, Political Science, and English Literature from Sophia Girls' College from 2004 to 2007.
