Rachel Elwell

Rachel Elwell is currently a Workforce Planning Analyst at BATHHOUSE since October 2023. Prior to this role, Rachel held positions at Lemonade, working as a Workforce Management Expert CX Specialist in Homeowners Insurance and as a Senior Licensed P&C CX Specialist. Rachel also worked at CoverWallet as a Commercial Insurance Advisor. Rachel earned a Bachelor's degree in Digital Media Studies from the University of Rochester in 2016.
