Justin Aquino has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Justin began their career in the US Navy, where they served as an Engineering Watch Supervisor and Reactor Operator. Justin also worked as an Instructor and Supervisor at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command. After leaving the Navy, Justin worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Scientech, where they oversaw the manufacturing and testing of instrumentation. Justin then joined Bechtel Marine Propulsion Corporation as a Compliance Engineer. Currently, Justin is working at the Idaho National Laboratory, where they have held positions such as Conduct of Operations Functional Lead, Work Management System Lead, and Operations & Maintenance Manager before being promoted to the Director of Facilities & Operations at the Research and Education Campus.

Justin Aquino earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Excelsior University from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended New Mexico State University from 1998 to 2001, where they studied Electrical Engineering. In 2002 and 2003, Justin attended Nuclear Power School, although no degree or field of study was specified.
