Meridith Eastman

Meridith Eastman has over 20 years of work experience in various research and consulting roles. Meridith currently works as a Principal Research Scientist at Battelle since October 2020. Prior to that, they were a Consultant at The Lewin Group from January 2019 to October 2020, where they worked on projects related to data analysis, project management, and grantee performance. Before that, they were a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Virginia Institute for Psychiatric and Behavioral Genetics from July 2016 to January 2019.

Earlier in their career, Meridith worked at Abt Associates as a Senior Analyst and later as an Associate from 2006 to 2010. Meridith'swork included program evaluation and contract management. Meridith also worked at Abt Associates Clinical Trials as a Study Coordinator and Project Manager from 2003 to 2005, where they managed research projects and collaborated with teams on data collection and quality.

Meridith's early experience includes working as a Research Coordinator at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health from 2001 to 2003, where they coordinated data collection activities for a randomized intervention study. Meridith also served as a Staff Assistant at the same institution from 1999 to 2001.

Finally, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Health Behavior at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2016.
