about us: Robin Assist is our in-house, 24/7 assistance, claims, and administrative platform built for our insurance, corporate, and duty of care partners. It’s the perfect side-kick to our insurance products and supports our partners in a variety of ways from tech integration to boots on the ground response for travelers in crisis.

  

Specifically, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Director who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive head-first into the following:

  • Ability to find and establish new and unique relationships with distribution partners including other insurance companies in the Lloyd’s and London insurance market, corporations, or organizations in need of assistance response efforts
  • Build a focused pipeline, set goals and aggressively work to achieve targets
  • Motivated self-starter, strong entrepreneurial and ownership mindset, and a positive, team-player attitude
  • Experience working with multiple teams toward a common goal including underwriting, engineering, product, marketing, and operations to ensure partner success
  • Excellent communication skills and the desire to network
  • Travel as needed, speak up, make suggestions, and produce

This position is for a team player with a strong customer base who also embraces innovative approaches to new markets. Using proven people skills and a passion for sales, the perfect candidate can balance maintaining current business relationships and securing new ones.

  • Previous experience in direct client sales and key account management roles. Experience in the Lloyd’s market a preferred but not necessary.
  • Background in medical assistance sales and strong understanding of insurance claims, emergency assistance response, and duty of care. Background in travel insurance is a preferred but not necessary
  • Strong knowledge of the role assistance plays within an insurance policy, how to approach strategic markets, and build strategic relationships with lead generating resources
  • Manage time effectively with minimal guidance. Must be comfortable and effective in a work from home environment
  • Full understanding of B2B and B2B2C acronyms, with experience executing both
  • Experience in scaling growth-stage companies
  • Relevant and fresh contacts within target markets
  • Proven track record of driving a company’s growth
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships
  • Fluent in current and emerging customer needs and assistance and insurance industry opportunities
  • Team Player is a MUST!
