Franziska Gross

Fran’s extensive customer service experience spans over a decade in the insurance industry. While her knowledge encompasses various aspects of the field, her focus remains pinpointed on helping travellers in vulnerable and emergency situations.

Fran started her career as an assistance coordinator at Intana. At Healix, she quickly moved into the role of senior coordinator, guiding and working with teams to manage medical evacuations, repatriations, and complex cases. At Tangiers International, many of her cases were located in areas of conflict and inadequate medical facilities or standards. Sensitive claims management is not Fran’s only area of expertise; she has played key roles in partner development and establishment.

As Operations Manager, Fran combines her experience on the frontline with a focus on making the battleface customer service and assistance team one of the best in the business.

Fran left the clouds of her native Germany for the sunshine of Mallorca, where her dog Digger keeps her busy exploring the coast and countryside. Her hobbies are also sun-soaked: paddle surfing, hiking, and cycling. Passionate about animals, Fran volunteers hands-on at the local kennel and provides support at fundraisers.
