Deisy González

Deisy González has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Deisy currently works as a Senior IT Talent Acquisition for Baubap (YC S21) since April 2023. Prior to this, they were an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist at BlueOptima from September 2021 to April 2023. Deisy also worked as a Human Talent Recruiter for GB Advisors, Inc. from February 2021 to September 2021, where they executed recruitment and selection processes for various roles. Before that, they served as a Human Resources Specialist at AIESEC from February 2020 to February 2021, focusing on recruitment and selection planning and creating a compensation system.
