Jiny Kim

Jiny Kim has extensive work experience in the medical industry, holding various roles in reputable companies. Jiny currently serves as the Senior Vice President at Bausch Health Companies Inc., specifically in Solta Medical on a global scale. Prior to this, in 2022, they were an Independent Director at CytoSorbents Corporation. In 2021, they held the position of General Manager and Vice President at Zimmer Biomet, focusing on Smart Implants. Before that, from 2020 to 2021, Jiny worked as the Vice President and Global Marketing Manager at LivaNova, specializing in Neuromodulation and Depression. Earlier in their career, they held multiple senior leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson in various areas such as marketing, sales, and business development. Prior to that, they gained experience at Edwards Lifesciences as a Senior Marketing Manager and at Ethicon, Inc. as a Professional Education and Professional Development Consultant. Jiny began their professional journey at Silver Oak Partners as an Analyst in Management Consulting before joining Securitas Capital, LLC, and Swiss Re Capital Partners as a Financial Analyst in the Private Equity Group.

Jiny Kim has an MBA in Marketing from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Prior to that, Jiny earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Health Care Systems from The Wharton School. Jiny also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science with a minor in Asian Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Jiny was a Fulbright Scholar at Kyung Hee University, specializing in Health Care Systems. Jiny has obtained additional certifications including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Johnson & Johnson and completed the Stanford Biodesign Executive Education program at Stanford University.
