Kelly McConvery Neal

Kelly McConvery Neal has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Kelly currently holds the position of VP, Total Rewards at Bausch Health Companies Inc. since January 2022. Before that, they worked as the Director of Executive Compensation at Avaya from January 2021 to January 2022. Prior to Avaya, they served as the Director of Compensation at Bausch Health Companies Inc. from December 2016 to January 2021. Kelly also worked at Quest Diagnostics as the Manager of Stock Plans and Compensation from December 2013 to December 2016. Additionally, Kelly has held various roles at Selective Insurance, including Director (AVP) of Retirement Benefits, Equity Comp, Payroll & HRIS, Director of Retirement and Equity Comp Plans, Manager of Equity and Deferred Compensation Plans, and Assistant Corporate Secretary in the Legal Department, from July 1999 to December 2012. Earlier in their career, they worked at Alliance Capital as a Senior Paralegal and at Battle Fowler LLP as a Senior Paralegal.
