Lene Schultz

Lene Schultz began their work experience in 1994 at Novo Nordisk as a Chemist, a role they held until 2000. Lene then transitioned to Beirsdorf as an Engineer for a year before becoming a Research Assistant at Universität Hamburg. In 2002, they joined Novo Nordisk again as a Chemist until 2003 when they were promoted to the position of Team Lead. Lene then took on the role of Director at Novo Nordisk, starting in 2005 and progressing through various directorial positions until 2018. After that, they became the Director of Production Support at Bavarian Nordic in 2019.

Lene Schultz earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from DTU - Technical University of Denmark, completing their studies from 1990 to 1994.
