Sharon Zuiker

Sharon Zuiker is the Associate General Counsel at Baxter International, where they support the global Procurement team and manage commercial arrangements and real estate transactions. Prior to this role, Sharon served as Chief Counsel for Sales and Foodservice at Kraft Heinz Foods Company, where they handled all legal issues related to the manufacture and distribution of packaged food products. Their legal career began at Sidley Austin, focusing on commercial real estate, and they later provided consultancy services during significant mergers, including a $23 billion deal in the energy sector. Sharon holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.S. in Psychology, summa cum laude, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
