Paul Chapman

Paul Chapman has extensive experience in various management roles in the food industry. Paul started their career as a Director of Operations at Vita Food Products, overseeing multiple facilities and successfully developing new leadership teams. Paul then moved on to Mission Foods as a Plant Manager, where they implemented lean manufacturing strategies and managed plants across different states. At Shearer's Foods, they turned around a poorly-performing plant and achieved significant improvements in safety and cost reduction. After that, they joined SunOpta as a Plant Manager and later became a Sr. Director of Operations, responsible for multiple fruit processing plants and implementing automation strategies. Most recently, they worked as a Plant Manager at GoodWest Industries, specializing in aseptic dairy and coffee products. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Operations at Baxters North America, a leading food producer.
